I had a single room which was simply and effecticely designed so that it felt open , with adequate storage .There was tea,/ coffee maker the room which was great.r The bathroom was bright and good size for a solo traveller. . There was no noise from .the street at night. The staff were pleasant abd polite. . I checked in early and as the room was ready I could move in straight away . The breakfast was a good, with freshly baked delicious bread.

Great location, central but not too busy. Interiors just renovated with style. Very friendly staff at the reception. Coffee machine with Nespresso capsule free for use directly in the room. Beds were comfortable enough to let us sleep well. Despite some problems (see below), good value for this price (120/night for a double).

Location was perfect, so close to the downtown core and Lake Lucerne and it's promenade. The breakfast to start your day was excellent, offering a good variety of breakfast items. The staff was very attentive to one's requests.

Central and convenient location for exploring the city, 8 mins on foot to train station, good breakfast and very good coffee (despite of long waiting for it)

Very large junior suite. And quiet even if on a busy street. Super clean. Staff is wonderful. Location is perfect! Near shops, near lake, near lion monument, near restaurants. Everything is just around the corner.

Comfortable rooms, very friendly staff. Lovely location and excellent value considering its proximity to the lake. Good continental breakfast.

Room was amazing and cosy. We got the room with the most beautiful views. One side i saw Pilatus mountain and the other side the view of the lake with snow capped rage of mountains. Facilities were well above the expectations. You can expect better than Hilton quality from this hotel. Nice and friendly staff always willing to help and amazing swiss breakfast with local products.

The hotel is in a perfect location, 2 minutes walk from the lake, the covered bridge, etc. The room and bathroom were very clean. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice. The municipal parking was next to the hotel but ridiculously expensive. I should have read my email more carefully as the hotel apparently offers parking vouchers.

Hotel is in the old city, and just a few minutes walk from the train station. Our room had a view to the lake and mountains which was a plus! Room size was big and beds were comfortable. Breakfast was simple, and served the most common breakfast items (couple of different hams for the bread,cheeses etc). But all in all we had a comfortable stay
